Returns & Refunds
Short version: You have 30 days to return your item. To start, submit a return request here.
How to start a return
To return an item, let us know within 30 days of receiving it — submit your return request here. Submitting the request is enough to meet the deadline; you don't need the item back with us yet.
Once approved, we'll send a return label within 3 working days, along with instructions on where and how to ship it. Returns go to:

Condition the item needs to be in
You're welcome to unpack and inspect the re:Mix — much like you would in a shop before buying. What we can't refund in full is a blender that shows signs of actual use beyond that inspection.
If it comes back with more wear than that, the following amounts will be deducted from your refund:

Please return the item in its original packaging, and as soon as possible after requesting the return. Returning the product without its original packaging can lead to damage during shipping, which may result in a partial refund.
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect
Please inspect your order on arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, write us at hello@openfunk.co and share a picture, so we can resolve it.
The EU 14-day cooling-off period
Separately from the above, if your order is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving a reason. The item must be returned clean, in its original packaging, and in the condition it was received.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 working days; your bank may take additional time to process it.
Depending on your payment method, the refund may appear on your statement as "Open Funk," "Mollie," "PayPal," or "Klarna."
