Repair policy

At Open Funk, we aim to keep all devices in use, for as long as possible. 

Here is how we deal with repairs in our Atelier.

1. You return the device for repair, using our return label. By doing this you agree to cover the costs related to your repair (49-74€).
2. Our team receives the device, makes a repair diagnose and sends you a payment link.
   
3. You pay, our team repairs the device and ship the package it back to you

Here is a breakdown of the repair costs you can expect when repairing a device in our Atelier.

Basic Repair (mandatory) Diagnosis, repair, and return shipping — your re:Mix working like it should.	49€
Motor Upgrade (optional) Replace the motor for a like-new performance.	15€
Deep Cleaning (optional) Thorough cleaning of parts to clear built-up food residue.	10€
Surface Polish (upon request by customer) Polishing of the outer housing to reduce scuffs and restore shine — some wear marks may remain visible.	15€
