How can I pay?
Pay however suits you best. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. Depending on where you are, you’ll also see local options at checkout, like iDEAL Wero, Bancontact, BLIK, Bizum or Satispay.

Where do you ship?
We ship to every EU country and to Switzerland. For Swiss orders, customs duties are already included, so there’s nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives. Live outside the EU and Switzerland, for example in the UK, the US or Canada? We can’t ship to you yet. You can join our country waitlist, and we’ll let you know as soon as that changes.

How long does it take?
Every re:Mix is assembled by hand in Berlin. From the moment you order to the moment it’s at your door, it takes 5–7 business days in total, delivery included.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free from €50. On smaller orders, the shipping cost is added at checkout.

Who delivers it?
DHL delivers within the EU, and DPD delivers in Switzerland. Once your order ships, the carrier sends you your expected delivery day. Please make sure someone can take the parcel. If a delivery fails and the parcel comes back to us, we have to charge shipping again for the second attempt.
